Cirrobit 360:
Proprietary Documentation Built for Critical Infrastructure
Most documentation platforms were built for the cloud era — upload your data, wait for processing, download your results. Cirrobit 360 was built for environments where that model is unacceptable. Our proprietary system captures, processes, and delivers complete infrastructure documentation entirely on-site, with zero data leaving your facility.
The Cirrobit 360 System
Cirrobit 360 is Lab5 Technology's purpose-built portable documentation platform. Designed in house by our engineering team, it combines high-resolution photogrammetry, 360° visual capture, and distributed edge computing into a single field-deployable system that operates without internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, or third-party processing dependencies.
The result is a documentation workflow that matches the security requirements of the facilities we work in — data centers, government installations, utility control rooms, and critical infrastructure sites where data sovereignty isn't optional.
What Cirrobit 360 Captures
Photogrammetry-Based 3D Reconstruction
Cirrobit 360 uses image-based photogrammetry to generate dense, accurate 3D models of physical infrastructure. The system produces photorealistic models with dimensional precision suitable for engineering applications, BIM integration, compliance documentation, and facility management.
This approach is particularly effective in data centers and equipment rooms where both spatial accuracy and visual detail matter — giving owners and engineers a record they can actually navigate and interrogate, not just archive.
360° Immersive Walkthroughs
Full-facility 360° capture produces navigable, immersive records of your infrastructure at the time of documentation. Combined with equipment tagging and metadata, these walkthroughs serve as a persistent reference for compliance, asset management, ownership transfer, and long-term facility operations.
As-Built Accuracy Verification
Cirrobit 360 documentation isn't just for record-keeping. We use the captured data to verify as built conditions against design specifications — identifying discrepancies between what was planned and what was installed, and producing the documentation trail that supports acceptance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
How It's Built
Distributed Edge Computing
Cirrobit 360 is powered by a custom-engineered distributed computing platform purpose-built for demanding field environments. This architecture gives the system the processing power to handle intensive photogrammetry pipelines on-site — no external server, no cloud rendering queue, no waiting.
Cirrobit 360 is housed in a ruggedized portable enclosure with integrated power — built to deploy to any site in the United States without requiring local infrastructure. Remote installations, secure government facilities, live data centers, underground vaults: the system operates where the work is.
Field-Deployable Anywhere
Air-Gapped by Design
The system has no cloud connectivity and requires none. All capture, processing, and model generation occurs on isolated, portable hardware that we bring to your site. Final deliverables are transferred on encrypted media, directly to your team. The data never touches a third-party network at any point in the workflow.
Integrated Power & Autonomy
The system runs on an integrated LiFePO4 battery with sufficient capacity for full deployment sessions. No generator, no facility power required. Cirrobit 360 arrives ready to work and stays operational for the duration of the engagement.
Why It Matters
Standard documentation workflows introduce risk at every handoff — data uploaded to a vendor platform, processed on shared infrastructure, stored in a third-party system. For clients managing sensitive or regulated infrastructure, that exposure has real consequences.
Cirrobit 360 eliminates the exposure entirely. There are no handoffs, no third-party platforms, no accounts to manage, and no data to request back after the project closes. Your documentation is generated in your facility and stays in your control from that moment forward.
That's not a workaround. It's what we designed the system to do.
